<br />DES:djk ~9/11/90 (009/44) <br /> <br />(i) A single combined liability limit of One Million <br />Dollars ($1,000,000) or One Million Dollars <br />($1,000,000) for injury or death of anyone person, and <br />One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) for anyone <br />occurrence. <br /> <br />(ii) Third party property damage in the amount of Five <br />Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000). <br /> <br />A certificate or certificates evidencing the maintenance of <br /> <br />said insurance shall be deposited with the City Clerk prior to <br /> <br />the commencement of the term of this lease. <br /> <br />Each certificate <br /> <br />shall bear the following endorsements: <br /> <br />[i] Endorsement precluding cancellation or reduction in <br />coverage before the expiration of thirty (30) days <br />after Lessor shall have received written notification <br />thereof by registered or certified mail from the <br />insurance carrier; <br /> <br />[ii] Endorsement naming the City of Redwood <br />Council, boards, commissions, officers, <br />employees as additional insureds; and <br /> <br />City, <br />agents <br /> <br />its <br />and <br /> <br />[iii] Standard cross liability endorsement." <br /> <br />2. EFFECT.
