<br />DES:djk ~9/06/90 (073/26) <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The proposal of Computer Service Company Division of <br />Fullerton, California, in the sum of Ninety-four Thousand Eight <br />Hundred Sixty Two and 63/100 Dollars ($94,862.63), computed in <br />accordance with said bidder's proposal for seventeen (17) traffic <br />signals dated May 21, 1990, is hereby found and declared to meet, <br />and to conform with, the specifications heretofore approved for <br />said equipment, and said proposal is hereby approved and <br />accepted. <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into and execute all purchase orders or other appropriate <br />purchase documents (in form approved by the City Attorney) on <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City for the purchase of said <br />traffic signal controllers necessary to carry out the purchase <br />hereby approved. <br />3. Any informalities in the aforementioned proposal of <br />Computer Service Company Division, are hereby waived. <br />4. Resolution No. 11326, entitled "Resolution Approving <br />the Plans and Specifications and Authorizing Advertisement for <br />Bids for Traffic Signal Controller Cabinets", adopted June 25, <br />1990 is hereby rescinded insofar as said resolution requires the <br />advertisement for bids for furnishing the above-described <br />equipment; provided, further, that this Council hereby reaffirms <br />approval of the specifications for the traffic signal controllers <br />referenced in said rescinded resolution. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />11390 <br />
