That certain agreement by and between the South Bayside <br /> <br />System Authority, a public entity, and the City of Redwood City, <br />a municipal corporation of the State of California entitled <br />"Fourth Amendment to Agreement Accounting and Financial <br />Services", (form dated 7 /18/90R), pursuant to which the City <br />provides certain accounting and financial services to said <br />Authority, a copy of which agreement in on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of <br />the City of Redwood City. <br />2.
