Those certain bid documents entitled "Bid Documents _ <br /> <br />36,000 Square Feet, More or Less, Artificial Turfgrass" (form <br />dated 0 7 / 27/90), including Notice to Bidders, Instructions to <br />Bidders, Sample Bill of Sale, and Bid Sheet, providing for the <br />sale of the surplus property described in Exhibit A, a copy of <br />which bid documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br />to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof, are hereby approved. <br />3.
