Previously, the Zoning Administrator was able to make the <br />findings and the application for Use Permit was approved administratively. After <br />additional testimony was taken at the aforementioned public hearing the Zoning <br />Administrator provided additional condition of approval, which are listed below: <br /> <br />FINDINGS: <br /> <br />1.
