<br />':zfl!~L3 <br /> <br />7. Sales events may occur between the hours of 9:00 AM through 9:00 PM. Set-up and <br />preparation of the site on a daily basis including delivery of materials shall not occur <br />before 8:00 AM. Clean-up and closure of the site on a daily basis shall not extend <br />beyond 9:30 PM. <br /> <br />8. The applicant shall clean-up all trash and debris within the sales eyent area daily <br />and shall move all equipment and merchandise associated with the pumpkin sales <br />event by November 1, 2004 and by January 5, 2005 for the Christmas tree sales. <br /> <br />9. The site shall not be utilized for seasonal sales pr the storage of related equipment, <br />merchandise, or materials from November 2,2004 through November 14, 2004. <br /> <br />10. The appropriate security measures, including on-site fencing and personnel, for the <br />sales event(s) shall be as determined by the Police Department and implementation <br />shall be at the applicant's cost. <br /> <br />11. The City reserves the right to deploy personnel to control/direct traffic and circulation <br />as may be determined necessary by the Traffic Engineer and/or the Police <br />Department. The costs for such deployment shall be forwarded to the applicant for <br />payment in full. <br /> <br />12. The applicant shall reimburse the City for any extraordinary expenses related to the <br />deployment of City staff, including Police and Fire Department personnel, whose <br />need was generated by the sales event(s). <br /> <br />13. All public street right-of-ways shall remain clear and accessible at all times to <br />accommodate emergency vehicle access during the operational hours of the sales <br />event. Parking along EI Camino Real and double parking on residential streets <br />surrounding the project site shall be strictly prohibited at all times. <br /> <br />14.At no time shall the unloading/loading of merchandise associated with the sales <br />event(s) obstruct the flow of traffic on a public street or driveway aisles leading <br />to/from adjacent residential properties. <br /> <br />15. If the sales event facility is to contain tents and/or temporary membrane structures <br />each having a minimum area of 200 square feet and canopies each in excess of 400 <br />square feet, a Tent Permit shall be secured from the Fire Department prior to the <br />installation of such tent, structure, or canopy prior to the commencement of said <br />sales event. <br /> <br />16. Tents, temporary membrane structures, and canopies located within the designated <br />sales event area shall be separated by a minimum distance of 20 feet and shall not <br />be located within 20 feet of property lines, permanent buildings, parked vehicles, or <br />internal combustion engines. <br />
