A copy of the informational flyer shall be <br />provided to Planning Services prior to the commencement of the sales event. <br /> <br />29. Pumpkin/tree sales staff shall monitor parking to ensure no parking occurs on EI <br />Camino Real, in front of any residential driveways or in any non-designated parking <br />areas. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL (from the November 17, 2004 Public <br />Hearing): <br /> <br />30. The subject use shall substantially conform to the revised site plan and related <br />information submitted by the applicant (Guy Nicoll) and dated stamped received <br />November 17 I 2004 on file with Planning Services. Any modifications to said <br />approved plans must be submitted to Planning Services for review and approval. <br /> <br />31. No visual obstructions shall be placed within a ten (10) foot by ten (10) foot area at <br />the southeast corner of the property, at the EI Camino and Avondale intersection. <br />More specifically, no trees, signage or other materials shall be stored or displayed <br />within this area that exceeds three (3) feet in height, with the exception of the <br />perimeter fencing and/or the temporary light posts. <br /> <br />32. The free standing sign, as indicated on the revised site plan, shall not be located <br />within the aforementioned ten (10) foot by ten (10) foot area. The sign shall have a <br />clear height of seven (7) feet from grade and shall be no higher than fifteen (15) feet <br />from grade. <br /> <br />33. No banner signs shall be placed on or above the fence or light posts within the ten <br />(10) foot by ten (10) foot area. <br /> <br />34. It shall be the responsibility of the applicant to coordinate the Christmas tree delivery <br />schedule with Planning Services and the Redwood City Police Department prior to <br />the delivery of trees. Deliveries shall be schedule during non-peak hour traffic times. <br /> <br />35. It shall be the responsibility of the applicant to coordinate the closure (Le. coning off) <br />of the western most travel lane (southbound) from Finger Avenue to Avondale <br />Avenue with the Redwood City Police Department. The lane closure shall be <br />implemented during all delivery times when loading and unloading on EI Camino <br />Real. <br /> <br />36.lt shall be the responsibility of the applicant to notify neighbors on Avondale Avenue, <br />Hyde Street, and the 20 - 200 block of Finger Avenue of the delivery schedule. The <br />notification shall include, but not be limited to, all of the dates and times of deliveries. <br />The notice shall be provided to the neighbors in advance of the deliveries. The first <br />delivery is anticipated for the November 20/21 st weekend and only minimal notice is <br />possible. For the remaining deliveries, 2 days notice is required. <br />
