At that time we pointed out the
numerous violations that had occurred at this property site.

1) illegal parking in red zones
2) Blocking of neighborhood driveways
3) Alcohol on the premises
4) The use of chain saws after 8:00 pm
5) Staying open past 9:30
6) Failing to post permit
7) The use of jumpers that when inflated blocked the vision of on coming traffic on EI Camino
8) Trucks parked in the red zone of EI Camino to unload again blocking the view of on coming
traffic
9) Painting of the red curbs ofEI Camino gray
The above have all been time and date stamped on the video provided at the November 17, 2004
hearing.

Even after this public hearing violations continued proving that Nicoll Enterprises are not
responsible managing people and have no respect for our neighborhood. We have documented and
witness that 16 out of the 29 conditions of the conditions approval were not adhered to and we find
the actions of Nicoll Enterprises to be demeaning. This property is used by Nicoll Enterprises ITom
Oct. thru Dec. that is 25% of the year. We do not consider this to be short term and this does impact
the safety and peace of our neighborhood. Under article 42.3 of the Zoning Ordinance we are asking
that this use pennit be denied.

Respectfully, ~

Gary & Judy Dean ~
(650) 369-0781 :
