ð/!~ ~

about:blank

Dear Redwood City Planning,

Thank you for continuing to monitor and guide the activities of Nicoll Enterprises in regard to their
Pumpkin & Christmas Tree sales at 150 EI Camino. Nicoll Enterprises needs continual monitoring by
the city to assure that they will not abuse the local neighborhood for their personal gain.

In past years, Nicoll Enterprises has used Avondale Avenue for parking heavy equipement during
preparation & breakdown of their seasonal business. As well, they have used the site for personal use
of storage of boats, RVs, trucks, and the hosting of personal parties during the evenings after the
business is closed. As well, the owner of Nicoll Enterprises have be rude & derogatory at times when
interacting with the local on Avondale Avenue.

Aside ITom un-neighborly behavior of the owners of Nicoll Enterprises, the residents of Avondale Ave
& Hyde Street have to live with a huge increase in traffic and parking load during the fall season.

Regards, ~\ A J ~
Jeff Holman \J W\../
&
Mark Alfenito }1
61 Avondale Ave.
650-368-1206 ¡

1 _r 1

""./"""'1:: ".1::" .".
