Because the Stanford application does not require Zoning or General Plan <br />Amendments, the City Council will not review the project unless it is appealed. <br /> <br />Project Status Highlights <br />On June 2, 2005, Stanford submitted a preliminary environmental application to the City. <br /> <br />On June 30, 2005, City staff selected Wagstaff & Associates (environmental consultant <br />firm) to prepare the Stanford Outpatient Center/ Medical Clinic environmental analysis. <br /> <br />From July-October 5,2005, Stanford continued to provide Wagstaff and Associates with <br />necessary data to complete the environmental analysis that will determine whether a MND <br />or a Focused EIR is necessary for the project. A MND could be completed in <br />approximately two months.
