<br />7/1. 4- <br /> <br />q#/ð/7 <br /> <br />~' <br /> <br />Project Description: <br />Stanford Outpatient Center <br />Retrofit Of Buildings 420, 430, 440 and 450 Broadway at the <br />Midpoint Technology Center, Redwood City <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Background Information <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Anticipated Stanford Outpatient Center Programs <br /> <br />Stanford Hospital and Clinics (SHC) plans to use four existing buildings at 420, 430, 440, and <br />450 Broadway, in the Midpoint Technology Center in Redwood City, for an outpatient center <br />and ancillary support purposes. SHC anticipates calling the site the "Stanford Outpatient <br />Center," <br /> <br />Initially, SHC anticipates moving several existing programs from its facilities in Palo Alto into <br />three of the four buildings in Redwood City. In the longer term, Stanford will expand its <br />outpatient center at the Redwood City site to occupy all four of the buildings. <br /> <br />If the fourth building is not initially used for outpatient center functions, it will be used for other <br />SHC functions such as office space for SHC faculty members, researchers, and staff. <br /> <br />Core Programs* currently planned for the Stanford Outpatient Center are: <br />. Musculoskeletal Center <br />. Spine Center <br />. Vision Center <br />. Sleep Center <br />. Outpatient Surgery Center <br />. Imaging Center <br />. Dermatology <br />. Pain Management <br />. Primary Care <br /> <br />* Each of the Core Programs has teaching and clinical research functions in addition to the <br />outpatient health care function <br /> <br />Clinical Services currently planned for the Stanford Outpatient Center are: <br />.
