<br />/)f-IZ <br /> <br />a. Modifications to the three existing open air bridges between buildings. It is possible that <br />SHC will install wind screens or enclosures on the existing open air bridges between <br />buildings. If recommended by the Redwood City Fire Department, the enclosed bridges <br />will include installation of automatic fire sprinklers within the bridges, along with fire <br />separations on each end. Any such screens or enclosures will be presented to the City for <br />architectural review and Planned Development Pennit Amendment approval. <br /> <br />b. Possible addition of a fourth bridge between building 440 and 430 at the fourth floor. If <br />recommended by the Redwood City Fire Department, the new bridge will include <br />installation of automatic fire sprinklers within the bridges, along with fire separations on <br />each end. If Stanford proposes to install an additional bridge between buildings, it will <br />present the design of the bridge to the City for architectural review and Planned <br />Development Pennit Amendment approval. <br /> <br />7. Covered walkways from patient curb side drop-off to paired front doors at 420-430 and 440- <br />450 Broadway. SHC anticipates providing coverings on existing pathways extending from <br />curbside patient drop-off areas on the Freeway side of the site to clinic entrance doors. If <br />recommended by the Redwood City Fire Department, the covered walkways will include <br />installation of automatic fire sprinklers. Any such coverings will be presented to the City for <br />architectural review and Planned Development Permit Amendment approval. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />Other Project Components <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />TDM Plan <br /> <br />SHC will submit a TDM plan to CCAG and the City of Redwood City for review and approval. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Traffic and Parking Monitoring Program <br /> <br />SHC will submit a Traffic and Parking Monitoring Program designed to ensure that adequate <br />parking is provided, and to avoid spillover parking in surrounding areas. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Construction Hours <br /> <br />As required by the existing conditions of approval, all construction will be scheduled between <br />7:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, and 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday. <br /> <br />WC/30171463.1 <br />
