<br />2. <br /> <br />That a new paragraph 10 is added to the Agreement to read as follows: <br /> <br />10. Entire AS1reement. This Agreement and the First Amendment <br />thereto sets forth and contain the ef\tire understanding and agreement of the <br />Parties. Changes to the terms and cv.,ditio.-of this Agreement-will be made by <br />written amendment signed by the Parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing and <br />paragraphs 2 and 4 of this Agreement. future revisions in hours and/or levels of <br />service may be extended by written amendment or supplement hereto approved. <br />in the case of Authority, by motion of its Commission. and in the case of City, by <br />written approval of its City Manager. <br /> <br />3. That Attachment A to the Agreement is replaced. in its entirety with a new <br />Attachment A, a copy of which is attached hereto. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />5.
