PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />A. Public Hearing to Consider Vacation of a Portion of St. Francis — Continued from <br />September 12, 2005 <br />City Engineer Lynch explained the process and showed slides of the area to be <br />considered for the vacation. <br />Mayor Ira opened the public hearing. There was no public comment. <br />M/S Howard /Foust to close the public hearing. The motion passed by a <br />unanimous voice vote. <br />Recommendation: <br />M/S Hartnett/Bain to adopt a resolution to vacate a portion of St. Francis Street, <br />south of Redwood Avenue. (606) <br />RESOLUTION 14669 VACATING A PORTION OF ST. FRANCIS STREET (55' WIDE) <br />IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY PURSUANT TO PART 3 OF DIVISION 9, <br />CALIFORNIA STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA; <br />RESERVING A PUBLIC SERVICES EASEMENT (55' WIDE) <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote. <br />8. STAFF REPORTS <br />A.
