Timeline: <br />Consultant will adhere to the following timeline for negotiations, with the goal of <br />completing negotiations prior to the applicable Memorandum Of Understanding' <br />expiration date. Preparations for negotiations as outlined in section 1 above shall begin <br />1-2 months prior to negotiations start date <br />Personnel: <br />Kelly Tuffo will serve as the lead consultant and chief spokesperson for labor <br />negotiations. If needed and at the City's direction, additional team members may be <br />assigned to serve as chief spokesperson for selected tables.
