• All tutors shall have a minimum of a four-year degree in the subjects in which <br />they tutor, and shall pass an annual criminal background check conducted by <br />Brainfuse or its third -party designee. <br />3. CUSTOMER SERVICE <br />• Brainfuse shall provide marketing material to the City on a regular basis. <br />• Brainfuse shall provide technical support for connection and compatibility issues <br />24 hours per day, 7 days a week. <br />• Brainfuse shall provide onsite training and live training webinars to support City <br />staff in their use and promotion of Brainfuse Program. <br />• Preventative maintenance shall be performed on a redundant server farm to <br />avoid interruptions of service. <br />4. REPORTS <br />• Brainfuse shall provide monthly reports including information on the number of <br />unique users each month, as well as services used, average time, satisfaction <br />levels, wait times, dropped internet connections, hourly breakdowns, and other <br />analytics. <br />• Brainfuse shall provide administrative access to reporting platform to allow City <br />staff to create or view their own reports and customize them. <br />• Report data shall be exportable directly to the most common PC applications <br />including Excel, Access and Word. <br />REV: 01-10-18 JS Page 17 of 18 <br />ATTY/AGR.2018.007/Brainfuse 2018 <br />
