Task 3 - Submit Final PS&E (100% Ready for Bid) . Coordination/Meetings/Review comments Address Caltrans comments Submit Final 100% PS&E package for Bidding & Construction . . The majority of this work would be completed directly by Sugimura & Associates per their attached proposal letter. Mark Thomas & Company, Inc. (MTCo) would be providing overall coordination/management services, a Title Sheet for the plans package, and the Specifications boilerplate and coordination/compilation of the final Specifications package. FEE ESTIMATE Our estimated fee for the above scope of work is summarized as follows and is detailed on the attached budget spreadsheets from Sugimura and MTCo: Phase Sut!Ïmura Fee MTCo Fee Phase Total Task 1 $36,270 $5,700 $41,970 Task 2 $7,710 $1,300 $9,010 Task 3 $3,580 $4,500 $8,080 Totals $47,560 $11,500 $59,060 All work would be perfonned on a time and materials basis and would not exceed the above, estimated totals without approved authorization from the City. The above estimated fees assume that we will not be starting over with Caltrans as a brand new project, but that they will evaluate and comment on the 95% submittal with the understanding that it was originally reviewed at 35% and 65% stages with the original project. If Caltrans makes extensive comments and wants changes that are now different then what their comments directed during the original design phases, we would have to amend this proposal with additional scope and budget. The above fee also does not include budget for construction support, as-built drawings, or conversion to Microstation.
