Inc. <br />503 Seaport Court, Suite 105 <br />Redwood City, CA 94083-2789 <br /> <br />Attention: Mr. Brad Leveen <br /> <br />Re: Route 10 lIRalston Avenue Interchange <br /> <br />Dear Brad: <br /> <br />Please accept this letter as our fee proposal to provide revised landscape <br />architectural design services for the above referenced project. <br /> <br />Last month, we conducted site investigations to detennine the condition <br />of the site with respect to the plant and irrigation removal plans, which <br />were developed over two years ago. <br /> <br />We understand that the landscape work for this interchange will now be <br />a stand-alone project. This will necessitate major changes to the PS&E <br />package; also Caltrans will no longer accept some of the plant material <br />types that were used on the previous submittal- i.e.: Acacia redo lens and <br />Cotoneaster. MTCo will also need to develop a new title sheet, and we <br />will need to develop a sprinkler schedule, and CAD layering system so <br />that final "AsBuilt" plans can be converted to Intergraph, if required by <br />Caltrans or the City. <br /> <br />We see a revised planting and irrigation submittal consisting of 19 plan <br />sheets. <br /> <br />Our comprehensive landscape architectural services hourly breakdown <br />and work scope is as follows, starting on page 2 of this letter. <br /> <br />Page I of 3 <br />
