These additional services have come <br />about due to: (a) an extension of the project landscaping limits along Ralston Avenue from <br />Route 101 to Hiller Street per Belmont's request and (b) addition of bid and construction <br />support to the oliginal scope. <br /> <br />-SCOPE OF EXTRA WORK <br /> <br />Task 1 - Extend Ralston Avenue Landscaping Limits <br /> <br />. Include design of additional landscaping and irrigation system for <br />approximately 530 feet along the south side of Ralston Avenue between Route <br />101 on/off ramps and Hiller Street into the original Landscaping PS&E <br />package (actual design done under separate contract. between Sugimura and <br />City of Belmont) <br />. Include design of additional landscaping and in-igation system for the SB <br />Route 101 loop on-ramp into the original Landscaping PS&E package (actual <br />design done under separate contract between Sugimura and City of Belmont) <br /> <br />Task 2 - Update Bid Package <br /> <br />. Update Landscaping PS&E construction documents (Includes additional <br />MTCo time for preparing combined construction documents and coordination) <br />. Work with City of Belmont to incorporate a pOltion of their landscaping into <br />the original Landscaping PS&E package <br />. Revise specifications and estimate to reflect design modifications <br />
