The zoning changes are <br />realistic and provide flexibility to achieye water qu,?lity objectives in multiple ways. A few <br />amendments are also included to update the grandfathered facilities provisions for <br />industrial districts to be consistent with prior changes to Article 33. Upon <br />recommendation by the Planning Commission, the amendments will be forwarded to the <br />City Council for review and action. <br /> <br />AL TE RNA TIVES: <br /> <br />. Recommend revised provisions of the Zoning Ordinance amendments. <br /> <br />. Defer action and request additional information prior to further review. <br /> <br />.
