CHANGE IN CONSTRUCTION INSPECTOR <br />2.1 CONSULTANT shall assign individual persons as CONSTRUCTION <br />INSPECTOR for the duration of this Agreement, as approved by CITY. <br />2.2 Should CONSULTANT'S CITY -approved CONSTRUCTION INSPECTOR <br />have a planned absence such that they will not be available to provide <br />inspection services on any particular day or time, CONSULTANT shall <br />provide advanced notice to CITY and shall provide alternative means of <br />providing inspection services until CITY -approved CONSTRUCTION <br />INSPECTOR becomes available. <br />2.3 Generally, individual persons designated as CONSTRUCTION <br />INSPECTOR by CONSULTANT and approved by CITY shall not change <br />unless CITY has indicated its prior approval of such change, except in <br />unforeseen circumstances such as an employee illness where <br />CONSULTANT shall notify CITY as soon as practical. <br />REV: 02-12-18 PR <br />Page 10 of 11 <br />ATTY/AGR.2018.033/CSG - Eng Construction Inspection <br />
