Exhibit A Current CAT 5 cables can be left in the wall but should be cut so that they are not visible outside the wall. Contractor is responsible for disposal of materials and delivery of materials. A. Term The term shall be for the duration of the project installation. B. Invoicing Contractor will submit monthly invoices to: Redwood City Public Library, Attn: Sarah La Torra,1044 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, CA 94063. C. Payment If a contract is awarded, the method of payment to the Successful Bidder shall be on an hourly basis with a maximum "not to exceed" fee as set by the Successful Bidder in the bid or as negotiated between the Successful Bidder and the City. Paymentwill be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of an accurate invoice. Payment will be made no more frequently than monthly. D. Redwood City Business License The Successful Bidder must either possess a current, valid Redwood City business license or have submitted a Redwood City business license application and fee at the time of contract award. Business license information (application, ordinance, fees) can be found by navigating to the City of Redwood City homepage (www.redwoodcity.org) and selecting 'Business," "Starting a Business," 'Business Licensing." E. Bid Cost The Contractor must complete, sign and submit AttachmentA—Bid Pricing Form with Contractor's bid. All pricing must be inclusive, and include all labor, material, and equipment necessary for all tasks listed in this Scope of Services. Provision of this information assists the City in determining whether the Bidder understands the project, whether the costs are fair and reasonable in light of the services to be provided, and provides City staff with tools to negotiate the final cost. The Contractor acknowledges that by submitting a bid, the Contractor's proposed pricing is bound for 90 days after the Bid Submittal Deadline. SECTION VII.
