Section 5. Conditionally Granted: The Planned Community Permit and Planned <br />Development Permit are hereby conditionally granted based on the Planning <br />Commission's consideration and reliance on the Addendum and EIR, Precise Plan and <br />in accordance with the plans, details and descriptions contained therein, and subject to <br />the Conditions of Approval (Exhibit A) attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference. <br />Section .
