Permission is granted to the Stanford University Triathlon Team ("Permittee") by the City of Redwood City ("City"). The permit is subject to the following terms and conditions: Name of Event: The "14th Annual Stanford Treeathlon" shall be conducted by the Permittee. 2. Revocation: This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the City. 3. Non -Transferability: This permit is non -transferable. 4. Location: The activities herein permitted shall be conducted within a portion of the Westpoint Marina and on portions of Seaport Blvd. east of Blomquist. For March 3, 2018, activities will be restricted entirely within the loop of Seaport Blvd. that encompasses the Pacific Shores business complex. For March 4, 2018, only one lane, in each direction, of Seaport Blvd. will be restricted to bicycle traffic, leaving one lane, in each direction, open and available for vehicular use. Date and Time: The 14th Annual Stanford Treeathlon shall be conducted on Saturday, March 3, 2018 and Sunday, March 4, 2018. Set-up shall begin at approximately 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, with the event commencing at 12:00 p.m. on March 3th and ending by 3:00 p.m. on March 4th. The course shall be completely cleared and the roadway reopened by 5:00 p.m. March 4, 2018.
