Instead, the Fire Department negotiated a deal with their supplier and was able to <br />trade for 14 new SCBA voice amplifiers that increase the ability for Fire personnel <br />to communicate with each other in an emergency with no cost to the City. She <br />thanked Chief Kohlmann and Fire Captain Franchi for thinking outside the box. <br />Recommendation: <br />The City Council pass a resolution declaring one (1) 1988 Scott test bench surplus <br />and convey same to S &S Supplies and Solutions Co. The placement of the proposed use on the subject parcels would, under the <br />circumstances of the particular case, be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, <br />morals, comfort, or general welfare of persons residing or working in the <br />neighborhood, as established in Article 42 Section 3 of the Redwood City Zoning <br />Ordinance. <br />2.
