H. Approval of Subdivision and Maintenance Agreements — Toyon Way Subdivision <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Approve the Improvement Plans and Subdivision Map for Toyon Way <br />Subdivision, accept the dedications, and approve and authorize execution of <br />the Subdivision Agreement. <br />2. Approve the Maintenance Agreement for Sewer and Stormwater Systems <br />Facilities. (304) MINUTE ORDER 05 -212 <br />I. 2005 -2006 Comprehensive Street Tree Maintenance Project <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By Motion, approve the contract documents and accept the low bid of <br />$330,125.00 from The Professional Tree Care Company, of Berkeley, CA. <br />2. By Motion, award the total not -to- exceed amount of the contract for the <br />Comprehensive Street Tree Maintenance Project in the amount of <br />$218,595.00 for Fiscal Year 2005 -2006, and the adopted budgeted amounts <br />for the subsequent four fiscal years to The Professional Tree Care Company, <br />of Berkeley, CA. <br />3. By Motion, reject all other bids. (304) MINUTE ORDER 05 -213 <br />6.2 Section — Resolutions <br />A. Disposal of Surplus Property <br />Recommendation: <br />Approve a resolution declaring the property on the attached list surplus and <br />approve transfer of specified surplus items to the Police Activities League (PAL). <br />(706) <br />RESOLUTION 14671 DECLARING CERTAIN DESCRIBED CITY -OWNED PROPERTY <br />SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING SALE THEREOF <br />B. Declaration of Surplus Equipment for a 1988 Scott Test Bench <br />Council Member Foust stated that this is a clear example of how the City operates <br />and how it runs an effective organization.
