Under Section 40.10 of the Redwood City Municipal Code, the <br />HRAC hereby finds that, a) the proposed project will not detrimentally alter, destroy, or <br />adversely affect any exterior architectural feature of the historic landmark; and b) the <br />proposed improvements are consistent with the Historic Main Street District and do not <br />adversely affect the character of the district. <br /> <br />Section 10. The HRAC hereby recommends that the Planning Commission <br />and City Council approve the Downtown Planned Community Permit with conditions, <br />consistent with the DTPP, Chapter 40 (Historic Preservation) of the Redwood City <br />Municipal Code, and CEQA. <br /> <br />Section 11.
