Those certain proposals dated March 4, March 30, and <br /> <br />June 14, 1990, collectively comprising a proposal for the <br /> <br /> <br />overhaul and repair of that certain aerial tree truck assigned to <br /> <br /> <br />the Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services, in <br /> <br />the total amount of Nineteen Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-seven <br /> <br /> <br />and 72/100 Dollars ($19,837.72) is hereby approved and accepted, <br /> <br /> <br />and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br /> <br />such purchase documents or agreements (in form approved by the <br /> <br />City Attorney) as are necessary or appropriate to effectuate the <br /> <br /> <br />purchase aforesaid. <br /> <br />3.
