General Permit (General Permit). The NOI indicates the applicant's intent to comply <br />with the San Mateo Countywide Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program, including <br />a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). [SDR] [ENGINEERING] <br />51. Stormwater BMPs - Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program Best Management <br />Practices (BMPs) for construction shall be implemented to protect water quality, in <br />accordance with the approved Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). BMP <br />plan sheets are available electronically for inserting into project plans. <br />[SDR][ENGINEERING] <br />Street Infrastructure Improvements <br />52. Streetlights - A new streetlight shall be installed, if needed, as determined by the City <br />Engineer. The style and location of all streetlights shall be as determined by the City <br />Engineer and Planning Manager. [SDR][ENGINEERING] <br />53. Repair or Replace Street Infrastructure - Restore streets surrounding the project <br />site to the satisfaction of the City Engineer at project completion. When this requires <br />additional pavement restoration, the Engineer shall approve the preferred layout of <br />pavement markings. [SDR][ENGINEERING] <br />54. Parking Garage Ramps - Parking garage ramps shall meet the Design Criteria of the <br />Engineering Standards and consider safety and visibility of pedestrians to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer. Access controls shall be designed and placed in such <br />a way that vehicles do not block the public sidewalk or queue in the public right-of- <br />way. The access control system shall be delineated in the building permit submittal. <br />Person doors with panic hardware and alarms shall be installed at or adjacent to gates <br />between private and public parking to allow the safest emergency egress path of <br />travel. [SDR][ENGINEERING] <br />Fire and Safetv <br />55. Emergency Responder Radio Communications System - This project is <br />required to have an Emergency Responder Radio Communications System <br />(ERRCS) installed in accordance with CFC 510 and NFPA 122 1 . The only <br />exception to this requirement is when native radio system coverage levels are <br />within acceptable limits as determined by Fire Department approved third party <br />testing. <br />56. Fire Department Knox Building Access - Knox Key boxes are required as part <br />of this project to allow emergency access for firefighters. Indicate on the plans <br />that Knox Key boxes will be provided at all entrances to the buildings at locations <br />approved by the fire department. Recessed key boxes shall be installed at all <br />entrances five to six feet above finished grade CFC 506. <br />57. Available Water Supply to Project Site -Provide current fire flow information from <br />the water purveyor to indicate the maxim um available water flow in gallons per <br />minute (GPM) at a minimum of 20 pound s per square inch (psi) residual <br />pressure.
