As appropriate to the site and status of construction, <br />winterization requirements shall include inspecting/maintaining/cleaning all soil <br />erosion and sedimentation controls prior to, during, and immediately after each storm <br />event; stabilizing disturbed soils through temporary or permanent seeding, mulching, <br />matting, tarping or other physical means; rocking unpaved vehicle access to limit <br />dispersion of much onto public right-of-way; and covering/tarping stored construction <br />materials, fuels, and other chemicals. Plans to include proposed measures to prevent <br />erosion and polluted runoff from all site conditions shall be submitted for approval by <br />CDD prior to beginning construction. Grading — Grading shall be performed in accordance with the City's Engineering <br />Standards. Soil or other construction materials shall not be stockpiled in the public <br />right-of-way. Monitoring - The Soils Engineer shall conduct continuous site inspections during <br />trenching and backfill operations at the applicant's expense. Notice of Airport Proximity- Provide the following "Notice of Airport in Vicinity" to all <br />tenants prior to execution of any lease per the NMPP: <br />NOTICE OF AIRPORT IN VICINITY <br />This property is presently located in the vicinity of an airport, within what is known <br />as the airport influence area. For that reason, the property may be subject to <br />some of the annoyances or inconveniences associated with proximity to airport <br />operations (for example: noise, vibration, or odors).
