<br /> 8 <br />Chair Miller mentioned that she and Member Becker attended a special meeting on <br />accessory dwelling units. <br /> <br />Vice Chair Recht mentioned that HIP Housing recently sent out a new flyer. <br /> <br />Vice Chair Recht stated there was an article in today’s copy of the Chronicle that had some <br />information pertinent to the committee’s discussion of displacement prevention. <br /> <br />Committee Member Madigan asked if they were going to get a summary of state legislation. <br /> <br />Staff Member Coffman stated that a presentation on the state legislation called the Housing <br />Package will be provided to the HHCC as soon as a future agenda allows. <br /> <br />9.b. Staff Announcements <br /> <br />Staff Member Coffman reminded the HHCC members to send in their Form 700 to the City <br />Clerk. <br /> <br />Member Montalvo stated she brought hard copies of Form 700 for anyone that wants one. <br /> <br />10.
