City of Redwood City <br />Public Works Services <br />SANITARY SeWeR SeRvICe <br />On , at am/pm <br />We responded to your request for sewer service. <br />o We cleared the main line. <br />o We found the lateral clear from the property line <br />cleanout to the mainline in the street. <br />o Stoppage is between the house & the property line <br />cleanout. We suggest you call a commercial sewer <br />cleaning service. <br />o We were unable to locate a property line cleanout. <br />We suggest you install a city standard cleanout. <br />You must obtain a permit to do this by calling <br />(650) 780-7350 before work begins <br />o We cleared the City portion of the Sanitary Sewer <br />Lateral Line and we found: <br />Roots o Grease o Paper o <br />Other: <br />Comments: <br />Operator: <br />For questions or comments, please call the <br />Sanitary Sewer Supervisor at (650) 780-7477 <br />For Sewer emergencies at night and on <br />weekends, call (650) 780-7190 <br />See other side for more information * <br />You should always inform the City when you have had sewer <br />lateral cleaning services performed at your home.
