The records for all <br />scheduled training courses and for each overflow emergency response training event and will include <br />date, time, place, content, name of trainer(s), and names and titles of attendees. <br /> <br /> <br />14.4 Contractors Working On City Sewer Facilities <br /> <br />All construction contractors working on City sewer facilities will be required to develop a project- <br />specific OERP, will provide project personnel with training regarding the content of the contractor’s <br />OERP and their role in the event of an SSO, and to follow that OERP in the event that they cause or <br />observe an SSO. Emergency response procedures shall be discussed at project pre-construction <br />meetings, regular project meetings and after any contractor involved incidents. <br />All service contractors will be provided, and required to observe contractor procedures. See <br />Appendix C: Contractor Orientation. <br /> <br />15.
