TRAINING <br />Training will be provided in accordance with Table 13.1. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Table 13. Redwood City surface water sampling training program <br />Who Is Trained To Collect Surface Water <br />Samples? <br />Wastewater Division Staff <br />Trainer Qualifications The trainer shall, by virtue of training, <br />experience, education or a combination thereof <br />demonstrate expertise in surface water <br />sampling science, techniques and <br />documentation. <br />Training Curriculum at a minimum, training shall include: <br /> The City of Redwood City Water Quality <br />Monitoring Plan <br /> Sampling technique, including hands on <br />practice <br /> Sampling equipment calibration, use and <br />decontamination procedures, including <br />hands on practice <br /> Sampling safety <br /> Completion of the Sampling Equipment <br />Calibration/Maintenance Log, Surface <br />Water Sampling Report and Chain of <br />Custody <br />Training Documentation Attendees shall be required to sign-in to all <br />training on the appropriate forms used by <br />AGENCY. <br />Refresher Training Frequency Annual <br />Who is Responsible for Ensuring Training <br />Occurs? <br />UTILITIES FIELD SUPERVISOR, <br />WASTEWATER <br />Required Training Records Employee training sign in log <br />Who is Responsible for Maintaining Records?
