City of Redwood City  December 30, 2013  <br />Sewer System Management Plan  <br />Record of Changes to the SSMP  <br />  <br />Monitoring and Reporting Program Order No. WQ 2013-0058-EXEC Section E.3 requires the City to <br />maintain a record of changes to the SSMP for a minimum of 5 years and available for review by the State <br />Water Resources Control Board during onsite inspection or through information request. The following is <br />an excerpt of the new requirement: <br />Records documenting all changes to the SSMP since its last certification indicating when a subsection(s) <br />of the SSMP was changed and/or updated and who authorized the change or update. These records shall <br />be attached to the SSMP. <br />The SSMP was last certified on March 23, 2009.
