<br />REV: 03-16-18 MI <br />ATTY/AGR/2018.054/RECOLOGY OF SAN MATEO <br />Page 101 of 119 <br />(iii) Broad Form Blanket Contractual with no exclusions for bodily injury, 4098 <br />personal injury or property damage (including coverage for the indemnity 4099 <br />obligations contained herein); 4100 <br />(iv) Owned, Non-Owned, and Hired Motor Vehicles; 4101 <br />(v) Broad Form Property Damage. 4102 <br />The comprehensive general liability insurance shall be written on an “occurrence” 4103 <br />basis (rather than a “claims made” basis) in a form at least as broad as the most 4104 <br />current version of the Insurance Service Office commercial general liability 4105 <br />occurrence policy form (CG0001). If occurrence coverage is not obtainable, 4106 <br />Contractor must arrange for “tail coverage” on a claims made policy to protect 4107 <br />Agency from claims filed within four (4) years after the expiration or earlier 4108 <br />termination of this Agreement relating to incidents that occurred prior to such 4109 <br />expiration or termination. 4110 <br />3. Automobile Liability. Contractor shall maintain automobile liability insurance 4111 <br />covering all vehicles used in performing service under this Agreement with a 4112 <br />combined single limit of not less than ten million dollars ($10,000,000) per 4113 <br />occurrence for bodily injury and property damage. 4114 <br />4. Pollution (Environmental Impairment) Liability. Contractor shall maintain pollution 4115 <br />liability insurance coverage of not less than ten million dollars ($10,000,000) per 4116 <br />occurrence covering claims for on-site, under-site, or off-site bodily injury and 4117 <br />property damage as a result of pollution conditions arising out of its operations 4118 <br />under this Agreement. 4119 <br />B. Acceptability of Insureds. The insurance policies required by this section shall be 4120 <br />issued by an insurance company or companies admitted to do business in the State 4121 <br />of California, subject to the jurisdiction of the California Insurance Commissioner, and 4122 <br />with a rating in the most recent edition of Best’s Insurance Reports of size category 4123 <br />XV or larger and a rating classification of A+ or better. 4124 <br />C. Required Endorsements. Without limiting the generality of Sections 13.02.A and 4125 <br />13.02.B, the policies shall contain endorsements in substantially the following form: 4126 <br />1.
