* Year 1 work is complete <br /> <br />Prior approvals from City Council including year one of the agreement authorized a 5- <br />year total not to exceed $162,540. Approval of this amendment would increase the 5- <br />year total by $26,400 to $188,940. <br /> <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />Council could choose not to approve the amendment to extend the agreement, and staff <br />may continue the use of HiperWeb utilizing prior authorizations. However, since <br />HiperWeb has been successfully operating for the last year, staff recommends moving <br />forward with a full four year extension of the agreement with amended scope. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds for this software solution exist and will be shared between respective PWS <br />divisions’ operating budgets.
