Authorizing deferral of fee payments may affect how and when revenues are recorded.
The practical effect to fee revenues would be minimal since the applicant would still be
required to pay the full fee. Any fee deferral would require a separate Council action in
the future, and would not be automatic.

ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
This activity is not a project under CEQA as defined in CEQA Guidelines, Section
15378, because it has no potential for resulting in either a direct or a reasonably
foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment.

CHRISTOPHER DACUMOS
MANAGEMENT ANALYST II

AARON AKNIN
ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

MELISSA STEVENSON DIAZ
CITY MANAGER

ATTACHMENTS:
1.
