J 64 7 <br /> <br />SEP 8 <br /> <br />1975 <br /> <br />--------- <br /> <br />ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT <br />IN A PORTION OF CITY OF REDWOOD CITY¡ DESIGNATING <br />SAID DISTRICT AS UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 73-1; <br />DESCRIBING THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID DISTRICT; AND ESTAB- <br />LISHING THE TIMES IN WHICH POLES AND OVERHEAD WIRES <br />SHALL BE REMOVED AND UNDERGROUND SERVICE PROVIDED <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Article IV of <br /> <br />Chapter 11 of the Code of the City of Redwood City (commencing <br /> <br />with §11.30, et seq.), proceedings for the establishment of an <br /> <br />underground utility district in a portion of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City were instituted by Resolution No. 7466, adopted August 11, <br /> <br />1975; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 7466 sets forth the purposes <br /> <br />of said district, its proposed designation and boundary description, <br /> <br />and a time and place for hearing of objections by persons interested <br /> <br />in the formation of the proposed district; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, notice of the hearing set by said Resolution No. 7466 <br />was provided by mail and publication in accordance with Section 11.42 <br /> <br />of the Code of the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the time and place of public hearing, to wit: <br /> <br />Monday, August 25, 1975, at the hour of 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />(P . S .
