<br />SECTION 6. <br /> <br />Pursuant to Section 11.45(d) of the Code of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, the time within which all affected <br /> <br />property owners must provide for service from underground <br /> <br />facilities is fixed as 305 calendar days from the effective date <br /> <br />of this ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 7. <br /> <br />From and after the time fixed by Section 5 of <br /> <br />this ordinance, it shall be unlawful for any person, including <br /> <br />utility companies, to erect, maintain or operate any pole, <br /> <br />overhead wire of associated structure in any portion of any <br /> <br />public street, alley or way within Underground Utility District <br /> <br />No. 73-1. <br /> <br />violation of this section shall be a misdemeanor <br /> <br />punishable as provided in Section 1.7 of the Code of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />SECTION 8. <br /> <br />The City Clerk shall give notice of the adoption <br /> <br />of this ordinance as provided by Section 11.47 of the Code of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City and shall accompany said notice with a copy <br /> <br />of this ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 9. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be effective 30 days from <br /> <br />the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-3- <br />
