<br />6. /F-4 <br /> <br />participate in such training and will also allow ROP use of certain of its facilities <br /> <br />for said experiences; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to <br /> <br />conduct the Program for residents of City during the fiscal year commencing July <br /> <br />1, 2005, and ending June 30, 2006; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City has reviewed said request and desires to allocate to <br />Contractor the sum of Ten Thousand, One Hundred Eight and no/100 Dollars <br /> <br />($10,108.00) from its Community Development Block Grant funds for the <br /> <br />Program; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br />1. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City shall allocate to Contractor the sum of <br /> <br />Ten Thousand, One Hundred Eight and no/100 Dollars ($10,108.00) <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />exclusive use by Contractor during the fiscal year commencing July 1,2005, and <br /> <br />ending June 30, 2006, solely for the purposes described in paragraph 2. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />USE OF FUNDS. Contractor shall use the funds provided pursuant <br /> <br />to paragraph 1 solely for the Program purposes described in Exhibits A (Budget), <br /> <br />and B (Contract Objectives), attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br /> <br />herein. <br /> <br />3. CHANGES TO PROGRAM. No changes in the Program described in <br /> <br />this Agreement which are funded hereunder shall be made without the prior <br /> <br />written consent of City. <br /> <br />4. PAYMENTS. Contractor shall keep detailed and accurate records of <br /> <br />all expenditures made and expenses incurred which are funded under this <br /> <br />CDBG/DJT.cje <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />11.15.05 <br />
