<br />s: / F-Itf <br /> <br />B. RESPONSffiILITIES OF ROP <br /> <br />1. ROP shall participate with Training Facility in planning and implementing the <br />field experience education of students. <br /> <br />2. ROP shall assign to Training Facility for training only those students who have <br />satisfactorily met the minimum requirements established by ROP for training. <br /> <br />3. ROP agrees that, outside the course and scope of their training, all students and <br />ROP personnel participating in the c9pt"se encompassed by this Agreement shall <br />be instructed not to divulge or otherWise cause to be disclosed any confidential or <br />privileged information or communications which become known to such students <br />and! or staff in the course of their participation in such program <br /> <br />4. ROP assumes responsibility for instructing students and its faculty members to <br />observe the rules and regulations of Training Facility. <br /> <br />5. ROP shall designate a faculty member to coordinate with a designee of Training <br />Facility the assignments to be assumed by the student participating in the <br />education program. The faculty member or his/her designee will be accessible to <br />Training Facility to deal with any issues involving any student in this program. <br /> <br />6. ROP shall be responsible for all academic and attendance records of its students. <br /> <br />7. ROP shall enforce rules and regulations governing students ofROP. <br /> <br />8. ROP shall notify students that they are responsible for travel and living expenses <br />and conformity to the reasonable dress requirements of ROP and Training <br />Facility. <br /> <br />9. ROP shall provide all necessary instructional materials. <br /> <br />10. ROP shall furnish Training Facility with such evidence as Training Facility <br />may require to assure itself that each student assigned under this Agreement meets <br />and necessary health requirements. <br /> <br />C. RESPONSffiILITY OF TRAINING FACILITY <br />(CITY OF REDWOOD CITY) <br /> <br />1. Training Facility agrees to consider accepting one (I) or more ROP students for <br />training purposes in accordance with Training Plan attached hereto. <br /> <br />2. Training Facility shall participate with ROP in planning and implementing the <br />clinical and/or field training experience of students. <br /> <br />3. Training Facility shall also provide students and faculty participating in the <br />training program with such training items as may be available in Training <br />Facility as can conveniently be made available to ROP. <br /> <br />11.15.05 <br /> <br />3 <br />
