The process will also establish. a high standard of pedestrian-oriented <br />design for new projects in the area. The pro¿èedings of the Downtown Precise Plan will <br />be closely monitored and policies and standards will be incorporated where clear <br />direction is received from the Commission and the City Council. <br /> <br />ALTERNATIVES: <br /> <br />. Recommend initiation of the preparation of a Precise Plan for the site and <br />surrounding parcels on the block bounded by Fuller, Winslow, and Allerton. <br /> <br />.
