<br />6. /LJ - /7 <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />the price contained in the original bid, the successful bidder shall be liable to <br />the City for the amount of the difference between the purchase price and the <br />original bid contract price. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />In the event any provision of the contract or this bid document is violateçJ and <br />the successful bidder fails or refuses to comply after notice as hereinabove <br />specified, the successful bidder shall be peclared to be an irresponsible <br />bidder in which tase no contract shall þe awarded to him by the City for a <br />period of at least three (3) years from the date of such failure and then only <br />after evidence satisfactory to the City of Redwood City is submitted to' <br />substantiate his claim of responsibility. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />Contractor licensing does not apply on this project. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />Supplier shall state whether California Sales/Use tax is included (at the bottom of <br />Page 9 of the proposal). <br /> <br />SUPPLIER'S INSURANCE: Supplier shall obtain and maintain in full force and <br />effect, during the life of this contract, Workmen's Compensation Insurance covering <br />all employees employed in performance of work under this Contract. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />14 <br />
