RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT <br /> FOR PROFESSIONAL ARBORICULTURAL INSPECTION <br /> SERVICES WITH THE PROFESSIONAL TREE CARE <br /> COMPANY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 18, 2001, the City of Redwood City executed an <br /> Agreement with The Professional Tree Care Company, of Berkeley, California, <br /> for the Comprehensive Street Tree Maintenance Project (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Parties wish to extend the original Agreement for the <br /> 2002/2003 fiscal year; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Parties wish to amend the original. Agreement according <br />the specific terms set out in Amendment No. 1. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Amendment No. 1 to Extend and Amend <br />Agreement for Comprehensive Street Tree Maintenance Project," by and <br />between the City and The Professional Tree Care Company for the performance <br />of the above-mentioned services is hereby approved and the City Manager and <br />City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, <br />said Amendment No. 1 for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />F:Atty/Reso/Reso.1324 <br />073102 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
