Section 1.10.9 of Article II of Chapter 1 is added to the Redwood <br />City Code to read as follows: <br /> <br /> “Sec. 1.10.9 – Recovery of Administrative Costs. <br /> <br />The enforcement official may assess administrative costs against a <br />violator of this code when the enforcement official determines that a <br />violation has occurred. If a notice of violation has been issued, the <br />enforcement official may not assess administrative costs if compliance <br />has been achieved by the compliance deadline set forth in the notice of <br />violation.” <br /> <br />Section 7.
