Page 21 of 24 <br />ATTY/ORD/ORD.462/RC MUNICIPAL CODE CANNABIS BUSINESS REGULATIONS ALTERNATIVE <br />REV: 4-3-18 MI <br />5. Every cannabis business engaging in deliveries is required to complete a <br />daily delivery log for each delivery vehicle deployed that day and maintain <br />the delivery log in accordance with all other record keeping requirements. <br />6. Every cannabis business engaging in deliveries is required to complete a <br />delivery manifest for each delivery vehicle deployed that day and maintain <br />the delivery manifest in accordance with all other record keeping <br />requirements. During delivery, a delivery manifest shall accompany the <br />driver for the duration of the delivery and shall be made available upon <br />request to the Chief of Police, and any other City official charged with <br />enforcing this Division. <br />7. Upon returning to the cannabis business’ premises, the delivery driver and <br />a manager shall reconcile the delivery manifest, delivery log, remaining <br />inventory, and all money received. <br />8. Prior to the close of business for the day, a manager shall ensure that all <br />delivery information is entered into the cannabis business’ records in <br />accordance with this Division. <br />9. Delivery drivers are not allowed to engage in other forms of commerce <br />using the delivery vehicle until all cannabis and/or cannabis products and <br />receipts from sales have been reconciled by the cannabis business at the <br />conclusion of the work period. <br />10. In addition to the delivery log and delivery manifest, every cannabis <br />business engaging in deliveries shall maintain detailed records of transfers <br />of cannabis and cannabis products in accordance with this Division. <br />11. Delivery Location Restrictions <br />a. A cannabis business shall not deliver cannabis or cannabis product to <br />any jurisdiction that prohibits deliveries. <br />Sec. 32.170 Regulations for On-Site Cannabis Sales <br />A. Delivery centers with accessory retail shall not sell drug paraphernalia and <br />implements that may be used to ingest or consume cannabis except where such <br />sales and operations comply with Health and Safety Code Section 11364.5. <br />B. Delivery centers with accessory retail shall not be enlarged in size (i.e., increased <br />floor area) without the Planning Commission’s prior review and approval and an <br />approved amendment to the existing use permit issued pursuant to the <br />requirements of Article 42 of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />C. Delivery centers with accessory retail that sell medicinal cannabis or medicinal <br />cannabis products shall only sell, deliver, or give away medicinal cannabis or <br />medicinal cannabis products to individuals authorized to receive medicinal <br />cannabis or medicinal cannabis products in accordance with state cannabis laws. <br />Delivery centers with accessory retail that sell medicinal cannabis or medicinal <br />7.B. - Page 72
