requested at this time, however, significant staff time (particularly in Parks, Recreation <br />and Community Services and the City Attorney’s Office) will be required in order to <br />make progress on the Public Art Master Vision. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />Under CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3), the proposed activity is exempt from <br />CEQA in that it can be seen with certainty that by providing feedback and direction on <br />the Public Art Master Vision, there is no possibility that there would be a significant <br />effect on the environment.
