The revisions also provide for a City <br />Councilmember referral process. This process would allow any Councilmember to bring <br />any matter that is not otherwise scheduled on a City Council agenda to the attention of <br />the City Council. The City Council would then determine whether the matter should be <br />placed on a future City Council agenda. <br />These changes are identified in a redline version of the Guide to City Council <br />Communications and Business, provided as Attachment A to this staff report. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1. Direct staff to modify proposed revisions or provide direction on other changes to <br />be made to the Guide to City Council Communications and Business. <br /> <br />2.
