d. Contractor will apply a flood coat of AcryShield A503 at a rate of 3 gallons per 100 <br />square feet to waterways, ponding areas and any severely degraded areas of the existing <br />roof. While the AcryShield is still wet, Contractor will apply one layer of Tietex <br />polyester fabric onto the acrylic. <br />e. Contractor will apply a flood coat of National Coatings AcryShield A503 at a rate of 2 <br />gallons per 100 square feet to the entire roof area. While the AcryShield is still wet, <br />Contractor will scrim one layer of Tietex polyester fabric onto the acrylic. Contractor will <br />immediately apply a base coat of AcryShield A503 at a rate of 2 gallons per 100 square <br />feet. <br />f. Contractor will apply two top coats of National Coatings A400 AcryShield to the entire <br />roof area, parapet walls, ductwork, and the tops of all exposed HVAC equipment. <br />Contractor will apply the first and second top coats at a rate of 1 gallon per 100 square <br />feet. <br />g. Contractor will reinstall existing pipe support blocks and conduit runs after completion of <br />the new roof system. <br />Warranty: <br />a. Contractor warranties the labor and materials of the work under Task 1 of this agreement <br />for a period of five (5) years. <br />b. Contractor warranties the labor and materials of the work under Task 2 of this agreement <br />for a period of ten (10) years. <br />2.
